Quality Assurance Centre (QAC): 8.30 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday (closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and News Year's Day)

Customer Service Centre (CSC): 9.30 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday (closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and News Year's Day)
