Customer Service Centre to close permanently on 1 November 2019

After more than 10 years of servicing 100,000+ visitors, our Customer Service Centre will be closing its doors permanently on Friday 1 November 2019.

Throughout this time the industry, and indeed the former Victorian Taxi Directorate, Taxi Services Commission and now Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria, have experienced numerous reforms that have revolutionised the industry.

A key part of this has been the digital transformation of our services. In particular, moving almost all applications to online platforms has resulted in a dramatic decrease to the number of visitors to our Customer Service Centre.
