Corporate Strategy & Performance Division

The Corporate Strategy & Performance Division provides functional support to the wider business. The Human Resources, Finance, Digital Services and Digital Transformation teams work together to build robust, cohesive performance through efficient process management. This division provides financial management, corporate and business planning, procurement, contracts and organisational development.

Safety Operations and Policy Division

Safety is at the core of everything we do. The Safety Operations and Policy Division provides policy support and data analysis to support our role as a safety regulator. Safety Operations and Policy teams work together to implement of legislative changes across the commercial passenger vehicle industry.

Customer Services Division

This division builds and strengthens relationships with the industry, media, members of the public and within CPVV. It communicates information on regulation, government initiatives and other related issues through marketing and advertising campaigns. The division includes our Call Centre, ministerial services, event management, design and print services for marketing collateral and online communications.

Legal and Governance Division

The Legal and Governance Division provides CPVV with support for disciplinary processes, review of regulatory decisions, litigation and prosecutions, and a range of other legal services necessary for us to function to the standards required of a Victorian Government statutory authority with a board of commissioners. Our Governance team strengthens our response to Ministerial directives and ensures our overarching strategy is adhered to
