Industry safety toolbox

We want to provide practical tools to help accredited drivers, commercial passenger vehicle owners and booking service providers comply with their obligations, including their safety duties.

The Victorian Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Code of Practice, Part 2 provides information and guidance to all safety duty holders – those that have a responsibility for the safety of a commercial passenger vehicle service.

The safety duties require each industry participant to proactively manage risks and ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety of their services.

As a result, we have created the following ‘safety toolbox’ which provides a collection of useful resources from across government agencies and statutory authorities in Australia.

This toolbox will be regularly updated to ensure you can access the most up to date and relevant information. Please note that CPVV accepts no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the material contained in the following external links and resources and you will need to modify these resources to suit your individual needs.

If you would like to suggest any resources for us to add to the toolbox, please contact us.
