Have you received a notice that your Commercial Passenger Vehicle driver accreditation (DC number) has been cancelled?

This may be because your annual driver accreditation fees were not paid.

If you want to remain an active driver, you must reapply for accreditation.

The fastest way to apply is online through the ST Vic portal at portal.cpv.vic.gov.au

We are currently receiving a high number of driver accreditation applications, with the current processing time approximately 20 working days.
