I heard that major reforms to the taxi industry are underway. What does this mean for my MPTP membership?

I was issued with an MPTP card that has the old Victorian Taxi Directorate (VTD) logo printed on it. Is this an error and can I still use my card?

As long as your MPTP card is current, members can still use a VTD branded card.

A taxi driver refused to process my MPTP card. What do I do? 

If your MPTP card is current, drivers are obligated to process the MPTP fare.

If a driver has refused to process your MPTP card you can lodge a complaint online through our website or contact us on 1800 638 802. 

My MPTP card has expired or I need to update my details. Who do I contact? 

Notify us of your changes, or apply for a replacement card by calling us on 1800 638 802.
